Turbo Wash Car Wash (“Turbo Wash,” “we,” “us”) respects your privacy. This policy explains what information we collect when you visit our website or our locations, buy a wash or a Turbo Prime membership, or sign up for our emails and text messages, and how we use, share and protect it.

Information we collect
- Contact details — your name, email address, mobile number and, if you choose to share it, your birthday — when you join the Turbo Wash Insider list, sign up for a free wash, buy a wash or membership, or contact us.
- Purchase and membership details — the washes and memberships you buy, your visit history, and vehicle details, such as your license plate, that identify your membership vehicle.
- Payment information — card payments are handled by our payment processors. Turbo Wash does not store your full card number.
- Website usage — device and browser information, pages viewed, and similar data collected through cookies and similar technologies.

How we use your information
- To process purchases and manage your Turbo Prime membership, including monthly billing, upgrades, downgrades and cancellations.
- To send receipts and messages about your purchases and your membership.
- To send you news, offers and birthday deals when you've asked to receive them.
- To answer your questions and provide customer support.
- To run, secure and improve our website, locations and services, and to prevent fraud.
- To comply with the law.

Text messages
When you give us your mobile number and agree to receive texts — for example, when you sign up for a free wash — we may send you recurring text messages about offers, promotions and your account. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Agreeing to receive marketing texts is not a condition of any purchase.
Reply STOP to any message to stop receiving texts, or HELP for help.
No mobile information will be sold or shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. We share your mobile number only with service providers, such as our text messaging provider, as needed to deliver the messages you've asked to receive. Text messaging originator opt-in data and consent will not be shared with any third parties.

Emails
When you join the Turbo Wash Insider list, we'll email you news, exclusive offers and promotions. You can unsubscribe from marketing emails at any time using the link in the email or by contacting us. We may still email you about your purchases and your membership.

How we share information
We do not sell your personal information. We share it only:
- With service providers that help us run our business — such as payment processing, our point-of-sale and membership system, online checkout, text and email messaging, website hosting and analytics — who may use it only to provide services to us.
- When required by law, or to protect the rights, property or safety of Turbo Wash, our customers or others.
- In connection with a merger, sale or transfer of all or part of our business.

Our website uses cookies and similar technologies to keep the site working and to understand how visitors use it. You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings, though some parts of the site may not work without them.
