You can purchase your Turbo Prime membership plan at your nearest Turbo Wash location. When you join, all you need to do is provide your vehicle's license plate details. Our license plate recognition system at the pay terminal will allow you to wash your car as many times as you want each month (during operating hours, weather permitting). To maintain your plan, your debit/credit card will automatically be charged each month — you can upgrade, downgrade or cancel at any time.
Turbo Prime provides unlimited car washes each month for one individual vehicle. Turbo Wash also offers discounts on 2+ vehicles added to your Turbo Prime membership. With the Ultimate and Super package, your 2+ vehicles are 25% off, and with the Super and Express package, your 3+ vehicles are 10% off.
You can use your Turbo Prime car wash membership at any Turbo Wash location.
You can discontinue your car wash plan by visiting your local Turbo Wash location, speaking with a team member, or through Manage My Membership on this website. There is no contract or obligation and you can cancel your car wash membership at any time (please allow 7 days to process). No refunds will be given when discontinuing.
No, you will not receive a refund. Your plan will remain active until the next billing date.
We would be happy for you to return as a Turbo Prime member! Simply visit our Memberships page or our nearest Turbo Wash location and speak to a team member.
To move your car wash membership to a different vehicle, you can visit your nearest Turbo Wash location and request it there. Our team will update your account and reassign your account to that vehicle.
